Specifically affected are the TuneBase FM with ClearScan, the TuneBase FM with Hands-Free, and the TuneBase Direct with Hands-Free."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/at/auto/1256330826.usr105634.jpg" /></p><p>The model numbers are&nbsp;F8Z441, F8Z441ea, F8Z442, F8Z442ea, F8Z176 and F8Z176eaBLK. If you go to Belkin and fill out the <a href="http://www.belkin.com/support/tunebase/exchange/" target="_blank">web form</a>, they will mail you a prepaid UPS label to use. Some of these products are heating up, and actually smoking when used.&nbsp;</p>
