Ran mine Thursday. Took about two hours. Only had to uninstall two old programs, neither of which I've used in a while. The only issue I had was with the drivers for the DisplayLink USB adapter to run my second monitor. Had to download some beta drivers (which actually are working better than the primary drivers did under Vista).
