This will allow you to get premium programming that you won't get (due to rights issues) without the <a href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f387/sirius-xm-skydock-iphone-ipod-touch-95070.html" target="_blank">SkyDock</a>. The SkyDock was supposed to be available October 18th for $119.95 USD, but there are some reports of <a href="http://satwaves.com/blog/2009/10/07/exclusive-sirius-xm-skydock-available-now-at-best-buy/" target="_blank">early availability</a> at Best Buy. </p>
