What they are preparing to do is license third-party vendors to sell Psystar machines that have been certified to use the Darwin Universal Boot Loader to load OS X. Whatever you think of Psystar, they certainly aren't waiting around for the court case to end before they make some moves. The case is supposed to trial in January 2010. </p>
