In all honesty, I have been quite pleased with the improvements to TF3D, so I wasn't feeling compelled to install Shell or any other UI at the moment. Us Windows Mobile Standard users continue to suffer from a lack of quality customization software, but I digress. Spb Mobile Shell 3.5 adds a bunch of new features into the mix, and this review covers off the important changes.</p>
