I certainly see the need for improved sound quality on flash camcorders. I really like my Flip camera, but it doesn't have great sound pickup. Putting a pro-level microphone seems like a way to make a super compact professional tool, but in this case, they limited the video quality to 640x480, which I think will limit the usefulness of this product in the professional realm.</p>
