More so for some of the other records that were also broken that day, deemed <em>"iLaunch Day 2009"</em> by AT&amp;T. They also came in 2nd for actual floor traffic, first in number of upgrade eligibility checks and had the highest number of orders via the AT&amp;T website. All this information was from a memo provided by <a href="http://macdailynews.com/index.php/weblog/comments/21666/" target="_blank">MacDailyNews</a>, obtained from multiple anonymous sources. One interesting thing is that the 3GS sales overtook the sales for the 3G on it's launch by noon, Texas time.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
