I log into my zunepass, it starts to sync and 1000 of the tracks are no longer available on marketplace!!! WTF!!!!!!!

That, unfortunately, is the secret problem with Zune Pass that Microsoft doesn't want to talk about - it seems like licensing deals change frequently, and songs that were once available suddenly aren't.
