The report, by market research firm Crowd Science, also found that only 14% of non-BlackBerry users would switch to a BlackBerry device for their next mobile phone. The iPhone further outpaced other smartphones in customer satisfaction in areas such as screen size, navigation, ability to add new features and video playback quality."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/at/auto/1245846644.usr18053.jpg" /></p><p>Honestly, at this point, this kind of news isn't even surprising any more.&nbsp; For a company that many people thought <a href="http://www.marketwatch.com/story/apple-should-pull-the-plug-on-the-iphone" target="_blank">couldn't crack into a crowded market</a>, Apple not only broke in but is seriously disrupting it.</p>

Raising my hand! I did it. Although frankly, I miss T-Mobile and find their prices and service better than AT&T's but doesn't seem that T-Mobile will ever get the iPhone. The dropping of the 3G to $99 was just too good a deal to pass up, even with the ETF from T-Mobile.

I'm a longtime Windows Mobile user who is planning to switch to the iPhone when my current contract runs out. I'm frustrated by Microsoft's lethargic updating to WM, and the number of bugs I'm encountering. I am also moving away from Windows in general, having enjoyed the Vista experience. I ordered a 17" MacBook Pro yesterday, and eagerly await its arrival. The only Windows app I must run on it will be Visual Studio, since I teach Windows programming at a college. Time to learn XCode!
