Sadly, it only works for Premier accounts. However, given the < $5/mo/user fee for a premier account, this makes Google a decent alternative to hosted exchange. However, given that you get this level of integration with Outlook for free with Office Live Small Business, I'm still not sure this is all that compelling.

It's not compelling at all to me, once you read the list of things it doesn't do. No tasks, no collaboration, no sync to your Windows Mobile phone. For all that, it's only available on a premier account so it's not like it's free. I'll stick with my Exchange account.

I haven't experienced any decent calendar syncing between gCal and my WinMo phone.

Google has a long way to go, before they can truly compete with Microsoft in this regard.
