In a memo from its corporate division, the Richfield, Minnesota-based specialty electronics retailer told mobile sales employees that the iPhone 3G is now in constraint, noting that inventory of the touch-screen handsets will be light over the coming weeks and that some locations are likely to run out all together."

An Australian dealer "Brightpoint" is going through the same inventory problems, according to a memo they issued last week. Not a big shocker as WWDC '09 is getting closer and closer. As one site said, "Better hope you don't break your current iPhone 3G or you may not get a replacement!" I was just thinking I better be extra careful, now watch me drop it and break it now that I've jinxed myself.
