While I wouldn't plan a vacation around an Apple Store opening, I'd probably go if I was in the area. The store, if you are interested in going, is located in the <a href="http://westfield.com.au/doncaster/">Westfield Doncaster shopping center</a> and the doors open at 9am local time. </p>
