I use the built-in mail client on my iPhone. About the only time I use the web client is when I find out that I just won the Nigerian lottery or inherited money from some unknown African government minister and I need to mark it as spam.

I'd probably use the web client more if you could resize text. I can't seem to do it. I'm eagerly waiting for landscape mail in iPhone 3.0.
