I'm about 99% sure that all HTC Windows Mobile phones are resistive touch screens, not capacitive.

You're absolutely right, but the GScroll program references the capacitive touch panels of the HTC Touch Diamond and Touch Pro, not their resistive touch screens. The touch panels replaced the more typical physical buttons and D-pad at the front of the devices.
