Only the StoreKit API appears to have any significant changes, but the quick turnaround since the last beta release indicates that the OS is nearing completion."

This update has some changes for StoreKit for in-app purchasing, and they changed the iTunes version to 8.2b10. There was also a change to disable MMS and tethering with this update. It was only about a week ago that the beta 4 version was released, so these are coming out pretty quickly. Guess the pressure is on since WWDC is only a month away as of today.
