upgrade os wm 03 to 06 for ipaq rx 3400

i have ipaq rx 3400 since 2005,with os wm 03. my brother own oldy xda IIs blue angel edition and already upgrade to wm 06.5 + touch glow : the screen shot like iphone or better.
am planning to also buy 4150 .
my questions have anyone succesful upgrade to wm 6.1 or 6.5 for rx 3400 or 4150 ?
