Sporting an Atom processor, 1GB of memory and a 640GB hard drive, it definitely is a cut back version of a Windows Home Server. Still, I would much rather go for one of the EX models as they offer more expandability and capabilities. The only way I could add more storage to the LX195 would be with external drives, and that does not seem to be the most ideal solution for me. Also, the Atom, as admirable as it is, would severely limit what add-ons I could put on the server, which pretty much make me think of the LX195 as an expensive NAS.</p>
