The iPhone's battery was the only category that it didn't lead/get a perfect score. iPhone also won in the business category earlier this year."</em><em></em></p><p><em><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/at/auto/1241138170.usr105634.jpg" style="border: 1px solid #d2d2bb;" /></em></p><p>According to the survey <a href="http://www.jdpower.com/telecom/articles/2009-Wireless-Consumer-Smartphone-and-Traditional-Mobile-Phone-Satisfaction" target="_blank">results</a>, Apple has high score of 791, followed by <a href="http://www.lgmobilephones.com/" target="_blank">LG</a> at 772 and Samsung at 759. The report says that <em>"Apple ranks highest among smartphone manufacturers with a score of 791, performing particularly well in ease of operation, operating system, features and physical design."</em>&nbsp;Interesting to note that in the traditional handset category, LG had the highest ranking with 733, followed by <a href="http://www.sonyericsson.com/" target="_blank">Sony Ericsson</a> with 712. Apple also won a similar <a href="http://www.jdpower.com/advertising-awards/multipleAwards.aspx?id=7&amp;company=Apple" target="_blank">award</a> from JD Power in Canada in 2008, but that appears to include traditional handsets.</p>
