I am knocking on wood as I type this, but I have been a member for over two years and I have not had a single problem with .Mac/MobileMe.

Same here. Aside from some hiccups when they transitioned from .Mac to MobileMe, it's been smooth sailing.

Same here and I've been a member for near on to four years. But it's nice knowing that it's available if needed.

I've only had a couple problems, stemming from changing plan to family plan, but it went smoothly. It's nice to know you can reach them though if you need to, 24x7. When I had my problem initially I had to wait til the next day, not that bad but still annoying, I want help now!! ;)
