Currently, SkyFire (http://www.skyfire.com) (see for example the roundup HERE (http://www.smartphonemag.com/cms/blog/9/full-roundup-browsing-web-windows-mobile-just-iphone-incl-iem6-review) for more info) isn't capable of running on non-phone devices: it doesn't even start. This means you can't run it on anything Windows Mobile not containing a phone: Dell Axims, pre-phone (or even current; for example, the 110 / 210 series) HP iPAQ's etc.

My hacks to the rescue! Download THIS (http://www.winmobiletech.com/092007MidletBible/Fix_dlls_for_PPC.zip) archive and unzip the two DLL's into \Windows on your Pocket PC. Don't be afraid - they won't do any harm. They just make your Pocket PC pretend to be a phone. After this, SkyFire will work.

Like Skyfire - use it about equally to Opera on my Fuze, with IE bringing up the rear - and own an Axim, even if it is mostly a Game Player these days :( ----- may have to give your Hack a try, simply out of curiousity!
