I was having an issue with my Zune I couldn't find a solution to on these forums, and Microsoft just told me to send my Zune in for a repair (costing me 130 bucks...) so I thought I'd post this here and see if anyone could possible help?
My Zune was working fine last night. I turned it off, and then when I turned it on today it kept starting up, then going to a blank screen, but the backlight was still on. So finally I held in all 3 buttons and it went into recovery mode. Now every time I try to download the firmware onto it again it says there's not enough space, please free some space. I can't, because I can't get into my Zune. Every time I reset it, it tells me to connect to a PC, then to restore the firmware. Any idea on what I can do? Thanks!
