So I guess I shouldn't be surprised that Apple is being sued by a company with claims to one of those pieces. <a href="http://www.picsel.com/" target="_blank">Picsel</a> claims that the rendering process used in the muti-touch display is violating their patent, specifically&nbsp;number&nbsp;<a href="http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&amp;Sect2=HITOFF&amp;d=PALL&amp;p=1&amp;u=/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm&amp;r=1&amp;f=G&amp;l=50&amp;s1=7009626.PN.&amp;OS=PN/7009626&amp;RS=PN/7009626" target="_blank">7,009,626</a>.&nbsp;Ironic though, in light of the recent patent Apple was awarded for it's mutli-touch technology. Wasn't this aspect of it covered? I guess not, or rather, I guess we will see!&nbsp;</p><p><em></em></p>
