This is interesting in light of the comments Tim Cook made about <a href="http://www.applethoughts.com/news/show/92261/apple-throws-down-the-smartphone-gauntlet.html" target="_blank">defending the product</a>, and appears to give them a foothold to backup the challenge. Couple interesting notes about the patent, it mentions a "blogging application" and a "digital video camera application."</p>
