Best Speech to Text application?

Can someone please direct me to a WM application that will competently convert speech-to-text? Ideally, it would include the ability to insert and save the text to a Task, Calendar entry, Notes, etc. by default.

NO, I am NOT referring to text-to-speech applications.

Unfortunately, my father's memory is deteriorating, and I believe such an application would help him to quickly insert spoken words into such entries. He loves his Axim X50 Mid and is using it to aid the situation.

Won't say there isn't such a thing, but I haven't heard of one that is comparable to Dragon Naturally Speaking or Window's own speech recognition capabilities. The best I've seen for the WM platform is the ability to launch apps, pull up contacts and the like. Very rudimentary, compared to the desktop, speech recognition.
