need help with recovering contact data

i need to know how can i recover my contacts that been deleted while I sync my outlook 2003 with my HTC mobile using ActiveSync 4.5.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

...and this is why copying and pasting from Word into our forums is a bad idea. :(

To answer your question, there is no way to recover your contacts, unless they are in the deleted items folder inside Outlook 2003. Other than that, you'll have to restore from a recent backup...which hopefully you've been doing!
