Warfare Incorporated (http://warfareincorporated.com) by Spiffcode has made it to the iPhone and iPod Touch. It's a direct port of the original which was designed for the Palm OS and Pocket PC devices. A few modifications were made but after a few hours of play it still remains true to the original. It's currently $4.99 which is a bargin in my book. A good RTS game with good replay value due to lots of expansion packs. Check it out in the App Store.
