Sure enough, the Windows Mobile-based smartphone has made its final stop before hitting store shelves in the United States, though we can't say for certain where it'll actually be sold. Also of note, the linked Users Manual is inexplicably corrupt, so we can't say much about the functionality, either. Ah well, it ought to be landing in eager hands soon enough -- we can stand the wait. Maybe."

Almost three months ago, I posted on the Velocity Mobile 103's FCC testing documents making their arrival. Theoretically, the 111 shouldn't have been too far behind, but it didn't show up until the end of November. Unfortunately, the FCC database search seems to be down, but when it works, you can find more information on the 111 here. Is it just me, or does this look a whole lot like a close cousin to a Blackberry Bold or 8800 series? Apparently, I'm not alone.

Now it may become available! I just ordered a Treo Pro to replace my Treo 750. Maybe I should have waited.

Don't worry. It's only when you make the purchase that something new arises. :D
