I travel pretty much full time for work, and want to be able to connect my devices (DVD player, iPod, and game console) to hotel TV's.

Any ideas? Wireless if possible...

Thanks,

Scott

Not much potential there. Certainly not wirelessly. The cable coax that most likely provides the signal to the hotel TV would hopefully be shielded well enough that a TV transmitter, sort of like a Belkin TuneCast for video, wouldn't be picked up.

The only realistic option would be if the hotel TV had an optional video in jack of some sort. I have stayed at a few that have, but most are older technology that only offer RF input. I wouldn't be unscrewing that cable input either. Many have an alarm signal built in to keep the TV in the room...if you get my drift.

You can get small video to RF converters still, that output on ch 3/4 or something. You might be able to ask the individual hotel if A) there is a video input on the TV, or B) they would allow you to hook up your RF modulator.
