I kind of like what they were going for but feel the design fell short in several key areas. I'm half tempted to take the screen shot and make a bunch of project manager type-ish notes on it on ways I feel the design the can be more solid. :D

That is one of the difficult things about working in the web field, you constantly want to pull out a red marker and go to town making notes on how a site or product could be better and more usable :o
