PDA with All 3 HSPDA/3G/GPS ?

My father just promised me to buy a new PDA. So i'm looking for something that is integrated with all 3 HSPDA/3G/GPS technologies..? I'm quite new to this field and since there are lot of experts in this area, i think some can help me.Do you know any good place where i can buy?

Are those really your only needs? Presuming you're looking for a WM Smartphone/Standard device, do you care what carrier it's on, how much storage it has, what form factor it has, how fast the processor is, etc?

P.S. I believe that HSDPA (not HSPDA) is a 3G technology. Saying you want 3G and HSDPA is kind of redundant. ;)
