Zune video popup!!

when ever i charge my zune the video of welcome to the social just pops-up and starts playing when i thouch the zune pad it stops but it starts again shortly after why dose this happen? and it is the first charge....
Also it says it dosn't show up that the zune is connected is this because it hasn't finished charging?

Any help would be ....well helpfull:P
