The idea seems nice but a little bit redundant with PhatPad and evernote, no? And also a bit too expensive for me...

I like Evernote; I've just never gotten managed to figure out how it would help my workflow. On the surface, VsNotepad does have some similarities to PhatPad, but it's also kind of expensive so I haven't used it enough to compare the two. It would be interesting to get a comparision from an active user of one or the other.

Quite expensive compared to PhatPad and I don't see any big advantages...

Anyhow I just wish PhatPad would have the Exchange like synchronization built in, that would really make it more usable for me. I have tried Evernote, but since it's not capable of viewing / editing synched notes on WM it's still not usable for me...
