It might not work with every headphone out there and it might add some background hiss to some phones - but at $8.50 it's definitely worth a try. Maybe you find some good synergy. I know I did. The FiiO is a fun toy that added some new excitement to my uber-portable workout rig and I sure intend to keep the amp with me on the go."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/dht/auto/1218154744.usr10.jpg" border="1" /></p><p>To me, carrying around a second component seems to kind of defeat the purpose of a portable player.&nbsp; Plus the skeptic in me has to be suspicious of a product that only costs $8.50, including free shipping anywhere in the world.&nbsp; Otherwise, Martin over at anythingbutipod has tried this out and seems to like it, so if your game, give it a shot, worst case your not out much.</p>

okay so i just got my fiio thing-ah-mah-jigga. device is nice and small, light weight and feels solid in build. there wasn't much of a setup. just put the batter in and you're ready to go.

let me tell you....this thing works. i tried it with my Q3's first....the base boost was noticeable from the start. a little too noticable for my taste. any thing past 17 on the volume really made the Q3's sound horriable. But on the lower volumes it was very nice. with the premiume zune head phones??? WOW!!!! this did it. really brought those things to live.

i've seen the How To's on these things...but been too lazy. this is much more pretty than anything i could have build...and it works ;) Overall. a well spent $15...that includes shipping. we should all have one of these! tell em rza said so.
