This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!"

A few months ago I was looking for a file undelete tool; I use PhotoRescue for scanning memory cards if I accidentally delete an image from a memory card, but I didn't have a good solution for scanning a hard drive (frustratingly, PhotoRescue won't let you select a hard drive, even a portable hard drive, as a source for photos to scan). I haven't tested this, but it looks like a nice solution - and if it's anything like the excellent CCleaner, it should work quite well. The same company also has a free defragger called Defraggler. You've got to love free, high-quality software!
