At Mobius 2008, which was held earlier this month in Seattle, HTC gave all attendees an <a href="http://www.htc.com/www/product.aspx?id=436" target="_blank">Advantage X7510</a> (myself included). I've been playing around with it here and there (unboxing and first impressions video coming soon), but we were told that the ROM wasn't final so I haven't been working on a review of it yet. That hasn't stopped all these other hard-working people from publishing their articles. Check 'em out:<br /><ul> <li><a href="http://blogs.zdnet.com/mobile-gadgeteer/?p=1113" target="_blank">ZDNET</a> (with a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Ncb0pxxYIk">comparison video</a>)</li> <li><a target="_blank" href="http://www.digitalburn.com/index.php/2008/05/21/review-of-htcs-x7510-advantage/">DigitalBurn </a>(their YouTube video is below)</li> <li><a target="_blank" href="http://www.geardiary.com/2008/05/15/unboxing-the-htc-advantage-7510/">GearDiary video</a></li> <li>The:Unwired <a href="http://www.theunwired.net/?item=photoview-htc-advantage-x7510-windows-mobile-umpc-smartphone" target="_blank">Photoview</a> and <a href="http://www.theunwired.net/?item=videoview-unboxing-the-htc-advantage-x7510-windows-mobile-umpc-smartphone" target="_blank">Videoview</a></li> <li><a target="_blank" href="http://www.mobiletechreview.com/HTC-Advantage-X7510.htm">MobileTechReview</a></li> <li><a target="_blank" href="http://msmobiles.com/news.php/7383.html">msmobiles</a> (Tadd REALLY likes this thing!)</li> <li>...and although they weren't at Mobius, Tracy &amp; Matt <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tracyandmatt.co.uk/blogs/index.php/2008/05/30/htc_x7510_advantage_review">published their review</a> in the same timeframe<br /> </li></ul><embed width="425" height="355" wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/67bf6jWe8b4&amp;hl=en"></embed><br /><br />So there you have a lot of opinions about this device. My take on it? It's not the device for me, at least not in terms of being a daily-use device - but I can see why some people really like it. What do you think of the Advantage X7510?

I understand that it's not for you.

Not to worry. You can donate it to me, and I promise I will give it a safe and happy home :-)
