<div class='os_post_top_link'><a href='http://www.mobiforms.com/' target='_blank'>http://www.mobiforms.com/</a><br /><br /></div><p><em>&quot;MobiForms is a revolutionary rapid application development (RAD) tool for creating mobile applications for just about any wireless platform including Tablet PC, Pocket PC, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Smartphone, Symbian or Palm. MobiForms is aimed at novice or expert users alike who do not want to spend hours writing complex code like Java or C++. MobiForms uses Java behind the scenes, but the Java layer is totally hidden. Instead, MobiForms offers an intuitive graphical drag and drop development environment. MobiForms can also be used to create standard Windows PC based applications.&quot;</em></p><br /><p>Mobiforms 4.0 (released in January) is now up to 4.05 and includes support for MySQL database connections, something I'd imagine may be a godsend to developers working on a Windows Mobile app for a company that uses mostly linux servers and MySQL. Trial downloads are available. </p>

They aren't making it easy. There is no FAQ section, no "ask a question" place and no search button. Will it support iphone? What is the scripting language like?

And why is is considered better to learn new scripting language instead of java which is kind of widespread?

I agree there site isn't the best in terms of information. Best I can tell you is that they've been around awhile, so hopefully there are some third-party sites that have forums and knowledgeable people on the product. That being said, I have to agree with you - their site is pretty non-informative.
