Enjoy it, and if you are so inclined - make your own MuxTape and post about it here, so we can discover some of your favorites."</em><br /><br /><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/dht/auto/1210660400.usr209.jpg" alt="" /><br /><br />Remember those antiques called cassette tapes that allowed you to listen to your music anywhere you carried your Sony Walkman©? And remember how you used to take all your favorite songs, manually record them onto your own personalized mixtape, and share them with your friends? Well now you don't have to spend all that time manually recording the songs, you can just head over to <a target="_blank" href="http://muxtape.com/">Muxtape</a>, upload up to 12 of your favorite MP3's (as long as you have permission to allow Muxtape to use it), and create your own online mixtape. Finally, share your Muxtape link with all your friends, it's that easy! Check out the link above for Judie's (from Gear Diary) custom Muxtape. Is this something you think you'd use? Post up your own Muxtape link in the forum to share with everyone.

I think I understand the basic concept, "share your playlist"
but when I go to the site I see a wall of users, I click one, and see their playlist,
if I click a song there is a % count up and a little bar on the right, but nothing happens.
Am I missing something?
Nothing appears to download or play or anything?
What is supposed to happen?

I was a little confused when I first checked out the site, but basically you click on someone's link, then their playlist is displayed, click a song and it will buffer and then start playing. The percentage you're seeing is the buffered amount, and if you have a high-speed connection, the song should start playing almost immediately.

It plays the song, like from Amazon's collection (streaming)?
I get nothing, I see the bar move, the percent count up, but no audio!

Yep, not sure what the problem is. Maybe it's the version of Flash you have? Are your speakers on? :p Just some guesses...

It works for me, so there must be something about your particular setup that's messed up.
What I'm curious about is how is this legal?

"Antiques!?!"
Will have you know that we still DO make personalized cassette mixtapes!
(Hey, they sound better in car's tape player than a CD would.....:))

LOL, sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone, I even owned some tapes and a Walkman when I was a kid. ;)
