I'm really not this stupid I swear but I opened up my brand new zune not even an hour ago and when i finally pulled it out of the box and had it in the plastic wrapper around it that says to turn on zune press the play/pause button, I followed the direction and turned it on and It turned on like it should and a loading bar appeared for only a few seconds then disappeared and now I'm stuck at a black screen with the zune logos.
I've tried everything, turn off to sleep mode using the play or pause button, tried to shut it off using the back button and up on the pad and I've called customer service. Yes my hold switch is unlocked. Yes I've updated my zune software. Its a 80 gig zune. I have windows XP.
