Its in virtually new condition. The only blemish is a VERY slight scratch on the screen, but you can't see it unless you you're really looking for it. Included is everything that came in the original box and the original box itself. Firmware is up-to-date, so it has almost all the features of the newest generation units.
I have had it since its release and it has never let me down. The battery life is still very good as well. I haven't noticed any decrease, ever.
