I also like the idea that if I don't recognize the tone, and it's from some online merchant having a sale, I don't have to rush to check it wondering if it's a client, my boss, or the real boss - my wife! Just remember to assign "nice" tones to the right people. I don't want a lecture from my boss or my wife:)
