PC Mobile Clock not syncing with PC

For some reason my Dell Axim x51v is displaying a time an hour late to the PC time which is correct. I am guessing this has something to do with daylight savings, but you would think that after syncing the Dell Axim would follow suit to the PC. Any ideas?
