The free version is primarily for calendar and contacts syncing and the "expert" version at $39.95 allows for bookmarks, iphoto, itunes, folders, and notes. When I tried this a few months back there were still many issues. This looks like a final release so I'm anxious to hear how it works out for everyone. Please come back and share your thoughts.
