Silly question I know .... but I'm looking to buy some "back up" hardware on e-bay .... a cheap second hand replacement IPAQ, maybe also a broken machine for parts (I'm a hardware not a software engineer !), and a screen replacement kit.

My Ericsson mobile has survived bouncing on concrete pavements a couple of times, remarkably unscathed (even though its mini-SD ejected and seperated from the phone on the first impact !) .... don't think I would be as lucky with the iPAQ !

Also if my handbag were snatched I could easily replace my cards and my phone, but far harder to replace my favourite PDA with all its programs and information !

Question is - some machines are advertised on e-bay as IPAQ h4100 .... my PDA came in a box labelled "Pocket PC h4100 series", but with a small sticker identifying it as a h4150. I've also hear of a h4155. Are these all really the same machine in spec and performance ? Is there such a thing as a h4100 ?

The two models are identical - HP has this weird naming convention, where otherwise identical models have different model numbers depending on geographic location and whether they're sold as a business or consumer devices.
