In response to Menneisyys' announcement about the $7 sale at Vito, I bought four of their titles. Three were nice, but I was somewhat dissapointed that SmartNavigator did not show the current Latitude and Longitude on any of the gadgets. I contacted VITO online and submitted this as a feature request, and was told that SmartNavigator, their latest GPS product, was no longer supported!

Funny, on the purchase page it says quite clearly...

"Purchasing VITO SmartNavigator, you receive one year of free updates and support."

Then below that in smaller text it says that the product is no longer supported.

It seems VITO is confused about what they are up to here. Do I get one year of support or not? I have asked for clarification but have not received a response, and I have asked for a refund through Google Checkout too.

(yeah, it's only $7, but its the principle of the thing :) )

So folks, check it out carefully before you buy from VITO.
