IE Error on Axim X51v w/ A12 Update

Can anyone tell me how to fix an error that keeps coming up in Pocket Internet Explorer? If I type any address into it, a pop-up immediately appears saying, "The address is not valid. Check the address and try again." I have tried many different websites and they all make the same message appear.

In an effort to fix it, I did back up my information and hard-reset. The problem was fixed, but I would really like to avoid having to reconfigure all the settings and programs for my Pocket PC.

The problem seems to be in the connection settings or in the WiFi settings.
Note the settings that work, restore, modify the settings to match.

The wifi seems fine because it shows that it is connected to the network AND Resco Radio works. (I can listen to internet radio)
