Hi, I am new here and in the process of getting a PDA phone which will come with WM6. But since I am into online stock trading, I will need Java applets for live price streaming and PIE does not support it. Which of the three systems above Opera, Mini or Netfront is recommended?
Much appreciated
Thanxs!

Am looking at all the posts in the forum now. Found out that Opera mini doesnt support Java applets, so left with Netfront browser 3.3. Or maybe install crme etc however was noted that they do not sell to individual?
Anyway alot of useful information, thanxs!

Depending upon what OS your device will have, it looks like Opera Mobile (different from Opera Mini) may be your best bet with NetFront second.

Hi doughboy, thanxs for your recommendation. Have read through the page. Opera Mobile does support Java Script, but it seems that it does not support Java applets, which is important for the price streaming.
What is the difference between Java script and Java applets?
Thanxs

Is it better to install standalone JVM like IBMJ9 or go for Opera, Netfront browser?
Thanxs

For Java applets, you can only use:
1. PIE + CrEme OR Jeodek add-on plug-ins
2. Netfront
3. Thunderhawk
