Maxartists is searching for IT professionals, who will work on site (Gronau, Germany) for one of their customers. This customer is a leading international IT provider, employing 50.000 people in 40 countries.
The possibility of transfering to the customer's organization will be available after 3 months.
We are looking for motivated candidates, with architectural ambitions, capable of abstract and out of the box thinking. Problem solving skills are also a must. It is mandatory that candidate is familiar with asynchronous i/o, asynchronous messaging and state-machine (event driven) approach for software building.

you will be responsible mostly for server-side services development, components design (together with your architect), persistency design using cutting edge technologies and methodologies such as model driven engineering, messaging frameworks, ioc containers and more. Additional responsibilities will include wide variety of presentation layer technologies, such as web services, presentation layer frameworks (jsf, struts), persistency technologies including object-relational mapping frameworks such as toplink and hibernate, distributed transaction mechanisms etc.
