PdaNet or USB-Modem for Tethering?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone out there had tried both the

PdaNet: http://junefabrics.com/pdanet/index.php

and USB-Modem: http://www.mobile-stream.com/usbmodem_wm.html

programs for your pocket pc's.

If anyone has tried them, which do you think is better and why? PRO's and CON's?

I have used both and am trying to find PRO's and CON's for both.

Just looking for some input.
