Hi, I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with this perplexing problem.
I have had my O2 XDA trion for 2 weeks and have found that my btinternet account (only on the XDA , not my desktop) now has extra folders.
I thought I may have accidentaly changed some settings so did a hard reset.
When I set my email again the extra folders reappeared.
At the mo I have folders named 'Bulk Mail,Deleted items,Draft,Drafts,Inbox,Outbox,Sent,Sent Items , Trash'.
I never used to have Trash, Bulk Mail or duplicate (almost) Drafts and Sent Folders.
The Irony is that nothing actually shows up in any of the Sent folders so I can't keep track of my mail.
I have tried Deleting them in ' Manage folders but keep getting a "Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure you are connected and that your email account settingsare correct. Then try to download messages again."
I am really lost.
Does anybody have any ideas on what to do?
Thanks
Matt
