AXIM x51v is wet

I just dropped my AXIM x51V into a sink filled with water, and predictably, it is quite wet, and equally dead. Does anyone have a suggestion on my next course of action?

1 - Hope that Dell can repair this one?
2 - Purchase another one off the internet even though Dell has stupidly ceased selling it?
3 - Purchase another PPC, and if so which one?

I need your help.

Take out the battery and let it dry for a day or two. There's a good chance that once it dries it will work again.

Just saw something on this on a morning "news" show recently. Put it in a tupperware type container containing crystal style kitty litter, seal it up, and leave it for at least 24 hours. The crystals will pull all of the moisture out of the device. Hope it works for you.
